YOUR ROLE
Edenred India is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive demand, build a scalable lead engine, and accelerate pipeline growth across products in the Indian market. This role will own full-funnel growth strategy and execution across digital, social, SEO, events, and email, while strengthening Edenred’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, and external agencies to deliver measurable revenue impact through data-led, AI-powered marketing execution.
- Own and drive demand generation for Edenred India’s product portfolio with a clear focus on qualified leads and sales meetings booked as core KPIs.
- Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across channels - paid media, organic, social, SEO, AEO, email, and events - to consistently feed the sales pipeline.
- Design and optimise SaaS growth funnels across awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, and expansion.
- Lead performance marketing strategy including budget planning, CAC optimisation, ROAS tracking, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Lead and manage external agencies (performance, SEO, creative, PR, events) for output, efficiency, and ROI.
- Leverage AI-first growth execution - using AI for campaign creation, A/B testing, content generation, optimisation, analytics, and automation to accelerate speed-to-market.
- Run continuous experimentation sprints across messaging, channels, offers, and landing pages with rapid test-and-learn cycles.
- Own growth analytics and reporting - pipeline contribution, funnel conversion, CAC, LTV, attribution, cohort analysis.
- Support key launches, ABM programs, industry events, and strategic partnerships as part of enterprise growth efforts.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for campaigns, leadership updates, and external brand positioning.
- Own Edenred India's website strategy and performance - driving traffic growth, conversion rate optimisation, content governance, and continuous UX improvements in partnership with developers and designers.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and RevOps to ensure tight GTM alignment and closed-loop reporting.
- Collaborate hands-on with designers, developers, and agencies to ship high-impact campaigns at speed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Tier 1 MBA (ISB, IIMs, or MBA from equivalent institutes) preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of building lead engines from scratch and scaling pipeline in a SaaS or tech-driven business.
- Deep understanding of SaaS funnels, SLG motions, inbound & outbound demand, and revenue attribution.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, marketing automation tools like Make.com and Zapier, design tools like Figma, and advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and growth forecasting.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, ABM, email automation, SEO and event-led demand.
- Demonstrated ability to strategise and execute - equally comfortable with big-picture growth planning and hands-on campaign management.
- AI-native marketer - strong working knowledge of GenAI, marketing automation, prompt engineering, growth automation, and AI-led experimentation.
- Experience working with and managing creative, performance, SEO, and PR agencies with clear output accountability.
- Strong analytical and data skills - ability to operate dashboards, interpret funnel metrics, and drive decisions from data.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with Sales, Product, Leadership, and external partners.
- High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
