Keywords: Physical Merchandise, Gift Card reseller, Gift Card distribution, Relationship management, Commercial negotiations, Agreement review & contracting, Reporting & data management.

The main responsibilities are:

1.    Develop strong relationships with Reward integrators and Gift resellers both online & offline, become a trusted advisor

2.    Understand customer business needs and requirements and collaborate with brand alliance teams to execute tactical and catalogue-based orders.

3.    Identify upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities by positioning gift cards and generate measurable revenue.

4.    Strategize and execute gift card and physical merchandise distribution through online and offline reseller and other reward channels

5.    Provide accurate forecasting information including identified opportunities, closed business, and forecasted sales revenue

6.     Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.

7.     Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients. Adopt change in mindset on “value” vs. “commodity” clients while keeping customer feedback in mind.

8.    Sales target & KPI:

      a)   Achievement of assigned volume and revenue targets, monthly/quarterly/annually across assigned key accounts

       b)   Volume and margin improvement with profitability from the assigned accounts.

       c)   Customer satisfaction and retention through health NPS and minimum churn.

       d)   Forecast accuracy for volume and revenue

       e)   Growth of account revenue MoM and YoY as a yardstick.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or relevant discipline

• Strong account management experience

• Proven success in prospecting and closing new business

• Familiarity with physical good gifting, gift cards distribution/reselling

• Around 7+ years of experience in similar industry preferable from gifting and Gift cards/vouchers industry.

• Good amount of knowledge about purchasing domain, cataloging and gifting market

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets

• Able to manage multiple tasks, workload, and priorities

• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and addressing/interacting senior managers
