YOUR ROLE
Edenred India is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to drive efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing and sales function. The ideal candidate will work closely with both the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns, lead flow, improve sales reporting accuracy, and enhance sales enablement through structured training and vendor management.
- Lead Generation and Marketing Alignment
a. Work with the marketing team to optimize inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
b. Develop and refine lead scoring models to ensure high-quality lead handover to sales.
c. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in driving sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
d. Align sales outreach efforts with marketing campaigns for better conversion. - Sales Process Optimization
a. Define, document, and refine end-to-end sales workflows.
b. Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
c. Implement structured sales pipeline management.
d. Monitor pipeline health, deal velocity, and lead conversion rates.
e. Flag risks and opportunities in the sales pipeline. - CRM & Sales Tech Stack Management
a. Manage and optimize CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and usability.
b. Integrate sales automation tools and analytics platforms to improve efficiency.
c. Train sales teams on CRM best practices and ensure adoption.
d. Integrate with tools like Zapier, our website, Google Tag Manager and other tools. - Sales Enablement & Vendor Management
a. Manage relationships with external vendors for sales training and enablement programs.
b. Work with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and implement relevant training initiatives.
c. Develop and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
d. Ensure sales teams have access to the necessary tools and resources for efficiency. - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Reporting
e. Develop dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics.
f. Provide data-driven insights on pipeline health, win rates, and revenue forecasts.
g. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis to identify trends and areas of improvement.
h. Document business performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis in line with companywide documentation frameworks.
YOUR PROFILE
• Experience: 8-13 years in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment (preferably fintech, SaaS, or payments).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud, sales automation software, analytics platforms and tools like Zapier. Dashboarding tools like Power-BI, Tableau or other analytics tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with data, build dashboards on Salesforce, and generate actionable insights. Expert at Microsoft Excel with ability to manipulate data with pivots.
• Process-Oriented: Experience in sales process optimization and workflow automation.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and training.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data, reporting, and sales compensation calculations. Ability to define key sources of truth and align teams on the same.
