YOUR ROLE

As the Senior Product Manager - Growth, you are at the helm of building the technical and commercial bridge between ‘Edenred Engagement’ and the broader Indian B2B ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management, this role is designed for a systems-thinker who can work with the partnerships team in negotiating strategic product alliances and build the API "Lego Blocks" that power these integrations with the core platform in a scalable and operationally efficient manner. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role requiring a blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and a 10X scaling mindset.

Key Deliverables

Function as the primary architect of Edenred India’s product ecosystem. Your goal is to move the organization away from manual, custom implementations toward a scalable, plug-and-play platform model that accelerates GTM and ensures seamless internal systems synergy.

1. Product Partnerships & Ecosystem Strategy

Identify & Secure: Evaluate and secure strategic product partnerships (HR Tech, FinTech, and ERP) that align with Edenred India’s 10X growth charter.

The "Lego Block" Framework: Design reusable, modular integration journeys that allow partners to connect with the core platform with zero manual intervention from our engineering teams.

2. Technical Architecture & Productization

API Productization: Convert complex internal processes (ERP, Issuance, Payments, Settlements) into generic, configurable API products that function as a platform.

Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identify and eliminate technical friction points between Reward Gateway and legacy internal systems.

Global-Local Liaison: Act as the technical bridge to the Global Product Team, ensuring India’s localized "Product Basket" remains compatible with global upgrades.

3. Strategic GTM & Cross-Functional Leadership

Sales Enablement: Provide the product narratives, ROI models, and technical "ease of use" documentation that allow Sales to close enterprise deals faster.

Influence Without Authority: Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure the integration roadmap stays on track.

Cultural Catalyst: Demonstrate a 10X mindset by prioritizing automation over headcount and systems-thinking over manual workarounds.

4. Performance Monitoring & ROI Modeling

Metric Ownership: Define and track KPIs focused on Integration Velocity, Partner Adoption, and System Uptime.

ROI Dashboards: Build automated data models (in collaboration with the Data & Engineering Teams) that prove the business impact of core engagement platform and product partnerships to both internal leadership and external clients.

First 12 months: Impact Objectives

Scalable Framework: Define and implement the "Lego Block" integration strategy for the top 3 partners in India.

Technical Onboarding: Reduce the "Contract-to-Live" cycle for partnership-led clients by 40% through API standardization.

Ecosystem Sync: Successfully integrate the core engagement platform with core internal issuance, ERP, and payment engines with <10% error rates.

First 12 months: Challenges

Edenred India is undergoing a pivotal business transformation. The candidate must be ready to deal with the following challenges in the first 12 months.

• Competing tasks and priorities: The candidate should be able to clarify, prioritize, communicate and align quickly to deal with these race conditions.

• ‘Build the plane while flying it’ – Having the big picture in mind is important, but breaking the problem down into smaller, impactful deliverables while keeping the ‘North Star’ in mind is critical.

• Ambiguity: Edenred India is transitioning to a SaaS-based business, there will be course corrections. The candidate must be able to thrive in an environment where the ‘How’ changes while the ‘Why’ remains constant.

• Communicating Value & Trade-offs: Your deliverables are key to our 10X vision and charter. We want to build scalable products and be operationally efficient.

• Data Fragmentation & Teething Issues with the new platform: In the first 6 months, data will be scattered across various systems, and there may be teething issues as well with the new platform. The candidate should be comfortable in doing UAT, or following up with global teams in getting issues resolved.

• Meticulous planning: The core platform team is based globally and they follow a quarterly roadmap. The candidate will need to plan his roadmap and business cases at least a quarter in advance. Some pilots will have to be done locally to prove business value.

• The candidate will have to recommend ways in which we fully leverage global product capabilities, but work & innovate at a faster pace for our customers in the India Market.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience: 6-8 years in Product Integrations, Technical Product Management or Product Architecture within FinTech, SaaS, or B2B platforms

Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in REST APIs, SSO (SAML/OpenID), and Microservices architecture. Demonstrable systems thinking approach.

Commercial Fluency: You speak the language of "Business ROI." You can quantify the value of an integration in terms of business metrics.

Scale Mindset: You are obsessed with modularity. You don't build "features"; you build "capabilities" that can be reused across 100+ clients.

Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into compelling business cases for the Managing Director and India leadership.
