YOUR ROLE

The Technical & Strategic Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring successful deployment and adoption of our SaaS solutions. This hybrid role blends technical implementation expertise with strategic program management, ensuring seamless rollouts, strong stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across projects. This role partners closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable configurations, while also driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and organizational efficiency.

1. Implementation & Technical Configuration

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and requirements
  • Configure and customize the SaaS platform to meet client-specific needs and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from planning and requirement gathering to go-live and adoption.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with product/engineering teams to resolve configuration or integration challenges.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, user guides, SOPs, and training materials.

2.Client Enablement & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions and enablement workshops for end-users and administrators.
  • Provide best-practice guidance to help clients maximize value from the platform.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

3.Strategic Program Execution

  • Develop and oversee implementation strategies that align with client goals and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product) to ensure smooth execution and resource alignment.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and create mitigation plans to maintain project timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and optimizing processes across implementations.
  • Support internal strategic initiatives focused on scaling delivery excellence, efficiency, and standardization.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3–6 years (out of 8 to 10 years) in implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or program management in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of software configuration, workflows, and integrations (APIs, SSO, data mapping preferred).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
  • Experience in HRTech, FinTech, MarTech, or any cloud-based enterprise software environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, CRM platforms, implementation frameworks, or ticketing tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a bias for structured thinking and proactive issue resolution.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business-relevant insights and recommendations.
